When reporting a problem, it helps to include your phone model, its iOS or Android version and what you were doing when it happened.

How do I play?

Drag blocks up and down. Line up three of the same kind, in a row or a column, and they ignite and lift everything stacked above them. Anything that crosses the line at the top is launched. The tutorial walks through it step by step: tap the question mark on the home screen to play it again.

My stack lifted, then fell back down.

It was too heavy for one ignition. Make another match while it is still in the air, or right after it lands, and the push gets stronger each time.

Why did some blocks turn grey?

Blocks that have burned are spent. They cannot match for a moment, then they cool down and turn back into normal blocks.

What are the dark tiles with glowing symbols?

Items. They can be dragged like blocks but never match. Tap one to light its fuse; tap it again to set it off straight away.

How do I turn off sound, music, vibration or flashing?

Tap the gear on the home screen. "Reduce flashing" also softens the glow and screen shake.

Are my scores saved online?

Your scores, progress and settings live only on your device, so deleting the app erases them. The one exception is Daily Launch: its score goes on that day's shared board under a made-up callsign, never your name. The privacy policy has the details.

What is free, and what does the full game add?

Free: the worlds Halcyon and Brine in Endless and Time Attack, the opening of the Voyage, one Daily Launch run and three online Quick Matches a day, and joining a friend's room. The full game is a single purchase that unlocks everything else. There is no subscription and there are no ads.

I bought the full game. How do I get it back on a new phone?

Tap the gear on the home screen, then Full Game, then Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with.

I bought the full game on iPhone. Do I have it on Android too?

No. The purchase is made through the App Store or Google Play and stays with that store's account, so it does not cross from one kind of phone to the other. The game has no account of its own to carry it.

How do two people play on an iPhone Duo?

Open the phone and choose Duo on the home screen. In Battle, lay the phone flat between you and sit at either end: each of you gets the half nearest to you. In the two team modes, sit side by side. Closing the phone pauses the match.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone running iOS 15 or later, including iPhone Duo, and Android phones running Android 10 or later.
